So,

I am admitted at both Georgetown, Tepper MBA, USC Marshall & Notre Dame(Mendoza).
Waitlisted at Georgetown for Scholarship.
No $$ at any of the universities except Notre Dame (40%)
I am interested in both Finance & Entrepreneurship. My career goals are finance related. Investment Banking/ Private Equity/ Asset Management/ Venture Capitalist.

Thanks.

I would follow the money. None of the programs provide you a remarkably better shot at your target industries than ND. If you get a scholarship from Georgetown, then thats something to look at. I believe they have decent IB placement. Perhaps its worth reaching out to your choice school and letting them know they're your #1 pick, but you have a strong competing offer. Maybe you'll get some $ this way.

What about geographic preferences? Where do you want to end up?

I'd say Georgetown..

in the IB world - networking is very important... DC is just a ride away from cities like NY, Boston, etc...

meanwhile... @ South Bend, IN... it is much harder to travel out over the weekends to network

I agree with the above I would go with Georgetown especially if you can secure some additional funding from the school. Georgetown has good relationships with the NYC banks with many senior bank leaders coming from the program via undergrad or grad. These relationships and the closer proximity to NYC and the big banks make Georgetown my choice here.

While I was at the welcome weekend in Mendoza I came to the conclusion that ND is very finance heavy. Actually, the head of career services even said that Mendoza is fortunate enough to have more investment banking jobs than students who want them. The ND brand is a favorite in Chicago, so don't take that for granted. Plus the incoming class seems amazing.

I heard the same thing about the investment banking internships from some folks at Mendoza. Pretty amazing, isn't it?
