P = -1.5
Q = 1.1 (Slightly greater than 1)

P/Q = -1.5/1.1 = -1.35 = Almost equal to C in the number line.

C is the answer.

To get the quotient P/Q, lets take approximate values of P = -1.5 and Q = 1.1. When we divide them, we get quotient as -1.4 approximately, hence option C is correct.

Quotient must be negative so eliminate option D and E. Now quotient must be greater than P so eliminate A and B. Answer is C.
