(x+1)!/x! = (x+1)(x)(x-1)(x-2)...(2)(1)/(x)(x-1)(x-2)...(2)(1)
= x + 1
= D

USe some smaller number you can do the calculations easily..

Let x = 2

$$\frac{(x+1)!}{x!}$$ => $$\frac{3!}{2!}$$ =$$\frac{6}{2}$$ = $$3$$

So, the answer will be x + 1

Hope this helps...
