Or, $$4x > 3$$

Or, $$x > \frac{3}{4}$$ , Answer must be (D)

To simplify the equation, all values of x must be on one side of the equation, and all integers on the other.
3x+1>4-x
4x+1>4
4x>3
x>3/4

Simplifying the given inequality, we have:

3x + 1 > 4 - x

4x > 3

x > 3/4
