Instead of calculating, we'll just estimate (especially as that's what we're asked to do)
This is an Alternative approach.

Rounding our numbers gives $$\sqrt{\frac{100*0.5^2}{0.25}}$$
Since (0.5)^2 = 0.25, this reduces to sqrt(100) = 10.

98.763~100
$$0.49^2$$ ~$$0.5^2$$ = 0.25
0.252~0.25

***** we have to apply square root******

$$\frac{(100 * 0.25)}{0.25}$$
=100
=$$\sqrt{100}$$
=10

Thus the best answer is D.
