Using Scientific notation, we can write $$\frac{5.13}{0.02}$$ as

$$\frac{{513* 10^{-2}}}{{2*10^{-2}}}$$

The $$10^{-2}$$ will get cancelled and we can write $$\frac{513}{2}$$ as approximately $$\frac{500}{2} = 250$$

Hence, the correct answer is Option B.

5.13/0.02 = 513/2, which is about 250.
