\(8*10^{(0-5)}=8*10^{-5}=.00008\)
D) \(\frac{.0008}{1000}=\frac{8*10^{-4}}{10^3}=\)
\(8*10^{(-4-3)}=8*10^{-7}=0.0000008\)
E) \(88 ÷ 10^6=(\frac{88*10^0}{10^6})=\)
\(88*10^{(0-6)}=88*10^{-6}=0.000088\)
