My Answer is (D), i.e. I and II only

PQ^2 = 50
QR^2 = 5
PR^2 = 45

Because 50 = 5 + 45, PQR is a right triangle.
Now, its area is 1/2 * SQRT(5)*SQRT(45) = 15/2 = 7.5
