Which one of the following is right and why

we enjoy meeting interesting people who has different interests.

we enjoy meeting interesting people who have different interests.

Both are wrong as written. But if interests were plural, go with the latter for the coorect S-V agreement.

Yup, "people who have" is correct.

Subject is "people"
