How do B-schools calculate GPA when one transferred universities in undergraduate?

For example, I studies in one 4-yr university, completed Associate degree and then transferred to a different 4yr university for Bachelor's.

How will B-schools calculate my GPA: combined from both programs (all undergraduate courses taken?)
or only courses taken at last university for Bachelor's degree?

I am most interested in NYU Stern, if anyone has any insight.

Please advise.
Thanks.

They look at it in totality -- however are most interested in your last two years more than your first two years -- as they consider your most recent academic experience to reflect the student you will be in graduate school. In short, there is not way around re-calculating your GPA based on such factors as transferring, taking summer classes at a different university, etc.
