leaving other grammatical mistakes aside, what is the correct form 'which' or 'that'. Please explain.

There is a problem with your sentence. As in its current form, none of the options is correct.

I agree that only choice B uses "that" but it is changing the meaning and is illogical.

Option A could be correct only if we have "a comma" before which.

Please check the question again and come back.

Absolutely of the same opinion...

Use of 'which' without a comma on GMAT typically raises eyebrows..

I do not agree with choice A only on my understanding of usage of WHICH in GMAT. "which" when used as relative pronoun should be preceded by comma. -- I have not seen any official question violating this.
