A for me. All the other options "achieving in farm animals a consistency" or "achieving of farm animals a consistency" are wrong. "consistency" has to immediately follow "achieving" because it is the object of "achieving"

The as once though to be in A choice suggests that farm animals were limited to manufacturing goods which is senseless.

Choice C corrects his issue. Other choices achieving in farm animals and achievement of farm animals are stupid.
