32. Zigfield bought his car using M% of his bank savings. He also bought a house that costs 4 times the price of the car. What is the price of the house?

(1) M = 12.

(2) The price of the car and the house was \$140,000.

I think it is B.

From the stem, Car = (MS/100) where S is savings.
Also House = 4*Car

(1)This just gives M, we need even S to know car's price.

(2)C+H = 140K i.e., 5*C = 140K So, C and thus H can be determined.

Thus B is the answer. I hope no surprises are in store for me.
