I was very skeptical about working with Stratus initially because of some warnings that someone gave me, but I was glad that I still chose to go with them. I signed up with them right before the Thanksgiving weekend and started working with them in December. Given that I had only about a month to apply to 6+ schools, anxiety kicked in and I was frustrated at Stratus for not having that sense of urgency that I was facing. But it was a learning process for me to place my trust and faith in them and their timeline. Everything went smoothly since I obviously made this my top priority and tried to do a quick turnaround. I worked with Santosh and he was sensitive to all my concerns and responded promptly to all my questions. Definitely worth it for the guidance and knowing you're not going at it alone!

I had held off on re-apply for an MBA program for a few years but Josh was extremely proactive and followed up with me. Eventually, I decided I was ready to re-apply again. I explained to Josh my availability and he paired me with Santosh. Santosh was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was very patient with me, prompt with answering my emails, and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. He also helped me figure out which program would best fit what I was looking for an helped me edit my essays until I was 100% content with them. Additionally, Santosh pushed me to re-take my GMAT exam. Although I really didn't want to, I took the exam again and got a higher school - this definitely helped my admissions decision.

I wanted to study in either of the two renowned business schools in Chicago, and I didn't have a very competitive gmat score. So a friend suggested I get consulting with Stratus Prep, more precisely with Santosh. He helped me a lot with the essays and the whole application process, which can be very exhaustive, so I definitely recommend consulting! Santosh was extremely supportive and he was available to help me out any time. It was clear to me that he did everything he could so I could get admitted. I am very grateful for all his help because alone I wouldn't get this far. I have been admitted in the school that I was dreaming of and Santosh is definitely a part of my success!

Stratus admission counseling was great at assigning me a counselor who graduated from Chicago Booth, Santosh Prasad who helped me through the application process and answered all my school specific questions honestly. He was very insightful and knowledgeable. I learnt more about the admission process and life at Booth through the process. As I had a short timeline in completing my application, I was very grateful for the timely and valuable feedback I received from Santosh. I would strongly recommend for anyone interested in top-tier MBA school to use Stratus and ask for Santosh Prasad especially if applying to Chicago Booth.

I worked with StratusPrep (now Stratus Admissions) and got into a M7 school, as well admissions with half scholarships from two other top 20 programs.

I am a bit of less traditional candidate with a background in academia and an artistic field; my past professional experience was all over the place and hard to package in the context of MBA admissions. I also didn’t have time to take GMAT so I used an earlier GRE score for my application. For all these reasons, I felt a bit uneasy as I began my application, and I decided to involve an up admission consultant.

I had initial assessments with three companies, and StratusPrep stood out immediately for the depth and honesty of my first phone call with case manager Josh. My strength and weakness were candidly analyzed, and the beginning of a strategy started to form as early as that call.
I asked for Santosh to be my case consultant. I read many great things about him in others’ review, and my later experience confirmed just how sharp and attentive he was. Santosh also responded to all my messages and calls within the hour even in late December and early January when I am sure he was swamped with requests from multiple clients (I applied for R2). My senior consultant Harold played a key role in helping me coming up with the list of schools and creating an effective core narrative.

I enjoyed working with Josh, Santosh and Harold, and thank them for helping me getting into a great school. For those who are like me and are coming from a non-business background and unfamiliar with the MBA ecosystem, I highly recommend StratusPrep for nailing an effective core strategy that stands out.

I was very happy with the help I received from Stratus Prep and my counselor, Santosh.

I applied to 3 schools in R2 and wanted help with various aspects of my application -- essays, resume, letters of recommendation, short answer questions, and interview practice. In every aspect, Santosh gave me helpful feedback and edits in a timely fashion. I can say with confidence that my applications were significantly stronger because of his feedback and our rounds of editing. It was clear he has a lot of knowledge about how to excel in the admissions process and he was always able to convey his feedback in a direct and honest manner. Given how competitive the admissions process is, I'm really glad that I took advantage of this resource to submit strong applications.

When I received my interview invitations from MIT and Wharton, Santosh and Stratus were tremendously helpful. Santosh coached me one-on-one for MIT, and Stratus also put together a group mock interview that mirrored the team-based interview used by Wharton. My experiences interviewing at MIT and Wharton were much easier because of this practice.

I'm thrilled to be attending MIT in the fall. I definitely recommend working with Stratus and Santosh if you're applying to B Schools. The extra help goes a long way.

I was tremendously pleased with the quality of service provided by Santosh at Stratus Prep. I was referred to him by a friend who had worked with him in a previous cycle, and he did not disappoint.

In a time efficient manner, Santosh helped me reflect on my career and personal achievements, and create a coherent, logical admissions "story". He offered exceptionally clear comments to drafts of essays I completed, and always did so within 24-36 hours of any submission made. I very rarely disagreed with his feedback, which helped with both form and substance of content. Overall, Santosh was highly reliable and made me feel like I put my best foot forward in this process. He also offered feedback in a constructive way that was collaborative and well-intentioned.

I am excited to be attending HBS next year, which was one of my top choices.

Would highly recommend his services to anyone, particularly someone with a similar profile to me (banking and PE background).

Overall I moderately impressed with Stratus’s package. I felt like they were a little conservative in their school selection (Obviously it’s to their incentive to get you into school and not risk it on a better school). I felt the packet that was provided was not very useful. Seemed too structured and one size fit all. I did get into every school I applied to so far, still waiting to hear back from one but am satisfied with at least one of the three I have been admitted to.

My personal consultant, Santosh, was very helpful and always responded quickly. He seemed very interested in me getting in and guiding my decision. He definitely would deserve a 5 star rating.

In sum Stratus is worth the money if you really need a guiding hand in the process. They are not magic workers and really don’t have any secret sauce so if you are a good planner you are probably better off just paying for review of essays by them or someone else.

I should note that they are providing me a $20 Amazon gift card for providing this review.

Overall, i am highly satisfied with the counselling services of stratus prep. Although the prices are on higher range but you need to compromise on few things to achieve others. They provided great support at each step to review, improve and validate your MBA story. I personally recommend working with Santosh since he is highly committed towards his work and was available almost anytime you would ask. His turn around time was so quick that it was difficult for me to match but in a way it helped me wrapping up all the applications on time. Initially, when i signed up with stratus prep i was very nervous on taking up the applications and completing them on time but Santosh kept me motivated and suggested me to take one step at a time. We worked very closely in writing and reviewing each essay which kept me motivated to finish applications in piece-meal fashion.
I am full time working mom of a 3.55 year old and it became really challenging for me to proceed with MBA applications along with managing work, family, kid and social life. I have also attempted GMAT and MBA applications in the past 2 years but was never able to succeed because of other responsibilities. But this time, i decided to take counselling services from Stratus prep which kept me disciplined throughout to complete my applications. Before working with Santosh, it became so difficult for me to write an essay and send it for review to one of my friend and re-work on his reviews because every body is busy in their own life and no one really cares to respond on time. If you have time, energy and people around you to review your essays then, that's great you should avail those services. But otherwise, be bold to spend and avail counselling services if you are really serious about MBA.

I used Stratus Prep's 4 school package, and my very helpful consultants were Santosh and Mariya. In spite of marginal GRE scores I was able to secure a spot in my preferred school, due in large part to the diligent work from the Stratus team in reviewing and refining my essays and short answer responses.

As a former Navy submarine officer, the Stratus team provided tremendous help translating my operational leadership experiences into relevant stories that are applicable to the business world. Santosh worked closely with me to create a solid narrative arc using stories from my early education all the way to recent military achievements to demonstrate how and why I would be an excellent fit for the most prestigious MBA programs.

I am incredibly satisfied with my results and grateful to the Stratus team!!
