Would make the product better:

Form better connections and conversations with clients, dont add more layers with Student officers. Have face to face conversations with people, not only email and telephonic conversations. Ask the interviewers to switch on camera during mocks. Be more aware about the process of each school.

Sub-par quality of essays. Wouldn't recommend if you are applying for top schools like M7. It should still be okay for M20- M50 schools. Though, a small practice, the process was the most mechanical and hierarchical one I have ever seen. Their videos show a lot of content about mentorship, but their process was farthest from it. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking to get into a top school.
I got into all the schools I applied to, but I got better feedback from my friends and colleagues about my applications. Hence, did not even use much of the essay materials that they helped with.
The only pro is that they are less expensive than many others
