A computer can perform 1,000,000 calculations per second. At this rate, how many HOURS will it take this computer to perform the3.6 x 10^11 calculations required to solve a problem?

per hour the computer performs 3600 X 10^6 calculations which is = 3.6 X 10^9
So time taken to perform 3.6 X 10^11 calculations = 3.6 X 10^11/3.6 X 10^9 = 100hrs
