Agree 24 * 12..C

20+2+2 ( 2 for both the sides length wise)
8+2+2 ( 2 for both the sides breadth wise)

Actually, I was wrong. I believe it's B.

Total surface area = 432.

The only dimension that is greater is 21 by 24.
