Can you elaborate more on your point. I think I got it but not its not connecting..

B..

2 in S, this -2 is in S
a=2, b=-2 ---> a*b in S, or -4 in S.

my anz wud be

E ...
A) not suffiencient... since we know that 1 , -1 ARE THR...

B) not suffcient ... 2 and -2 are there....

combining we do not anything other than 1 -1 2 and -2...

also how can we assume that -a = b batli a=2 acc'' second statmt'' and if a is there we alsp have -a= -2 and if a is there we get b there... true but how and why do we have to assume that b=-a

and how can we multiply 2 and -2 its like -a* a and not ab...
some one help me ...
