The arguments discusses train vs aircrafts. Premises says people prefer free wheel systems and concludes that trains will not be preferred
by people. Not trains --> argument suggests aircrafts are free wheels systems.

C says that aircrafts are not free wheel systems. Hence it weakens the conclusion.
