Question Stats:

100% (01:14) correct 0% (00:00) wrong based on 0 sessions
Which of the following expressions has the greatest value?

A 0.456

B \frac{1}{2} - \frac{1}{2^4}

C \frac{300}{650}

D \frac{60}{19}

E \sqrt{0.17}

Could some expert please tell me what is the shortest way to do such problems? I used brute force, but that takes a lot of time.

Every other option other than D would result in a number <1 and d is >3.....
Why bother calculating :)
