Hello,
I am an entrepreneur for the last 2 years and recently my business has not grown as much as in the past
When stating my post-mba career plans, should I mention that this is the reason why I want an MBA to re-vitalize the business. Will taking a 2 year leave for MBA be seen as a positive action in the eyes of the Adcom?

Yes, it makes sense. Be detailed about what new challenges the business is facing that the MBA education will prepare you for, and possibly use some optional essay space to (or have a recommender that is linked to the company) explain what is going to happen with the business during your 2-year MBA. Keep in mind that the top programs are interested in large-scale impacts, so you need to tailor your goals to meet those expectations.
