At what point will the mast threads start for this year? Harvard and Columbia at least have already posted their essay questions for the year. I was going to start one for Columbia 2013 but I know the moderators usually put all the details in the first post to track stats and things.

We are working on these posts as we speak. They should be up and running in the coming weeks... They will start popping up as school's release essays/applications. Schools have started to release essays slightly early this year, but they will be up shortly. If you'd like to start a Columbia thread we can always take it and add to it.

Hi,
I have a query regarding admissions to NTU, Singapore.
As per the website, last date to apply is 31st march 2013.
Does this this mean that last date for submission of forms is 31st March or is it the date to complete the entire admission procedure.
Please reply asap as this is very urgent.
