AACSB Accreditation: "On Campus" vs. Online ... Difference? [#permalink] New post 04 Apr 2012, 11:39
I am starting to look into which schools I should focus my attention on; mainly on those that offer an Online MBA program (due to a number of reasons). I'm also going to look at a couple local ones as well (UGA, GT, Emory).

Regarding the AACSB Accreditation, I've noticed that there is a list of accredited MBA programs (which I call "On Campus") and a separate list for the Online programs. However, the list on AACSB's website doesn't seem to be 100% accurate. For example, UNC's program isn't listed under Online (but it is definitely an accredited school).

Can a school have accreditation that only covers certain programs? Or does it cover 100% of what a school has to offer, as long as they stay accredited?

Thanks,

Jeff
