hello guys iam sree completed my Btech in electronics(2005)..gave Gmat twice...first time i dint took score bcoz i was worried to see the score..some how again i gave gmat(480 score Q32 v20) this time a little better preparation but not much ....i thought of doing MBA right after Btech..i donot have work experience .i want to know how crucial does work experience plays in US ?....should i otherwise give GRE and complete my MS ..and give again with some work experince.My aim is to get MBA degree from good university of US.

Sorry about your experiences. But you should be clear on what you need. No one can advice you on that. As far as I know, work experience is almost mandatory for an MBA (with very few exceptions). Going by your plan, how will you gain work experience by doing MS?!

Yes, you need work experience. Not an MS. Get a few solid years of work experience, and significantly improve your GMAT score (and not to be mean, but your English needs major improvement as well).
