IMHO, age is not a factor except for few of the european schools.
You will be fine so long as you are not aiming to switch careers and have a compelling reason for why MBA, Now?

It's true that European and Canadian schools tend to have somewhat older average class age's than U.S. schools, but at 32 you are still within (though admittedly right at the edge of) the middle 80% of many good U.S. schools, including Vanderbilt, Georgetown, Babson, Duke, Tuck, Purdue, etc. If you have a strong application and very well defined reasons for needing the MBA now, then you age will not be a *significant* negative.
