I am asked to submit a certified copy of my diploma. What they mean by diploma? But I did not do any diploma. I have completed my undergraduate studies in business administration and submitted a certified copy of my provisional certificate. The main certificates will be available later. What should I do?

Do two things
1. call and mail them stating more clearly
2. Prepare a letter declaring the same and get it stamped and signed by dean or head

Follow up.
