Hiii, I recvd an email from Admissions about my app status and i see that they received all the required materials and recommendations but i still see the status as "Submitted"!!! is that normal, i mean its been 3 days that i received the mail?

It can take the applyyourself or Hobson's or whatever website awhile to transition over. Some schools even say there won't be a change in status til decisions are announced. The school told you they've got everything, no need to worry.
