Hi took my test on March 16th and received my official score with AWA report today, on March 20th. Is this normal? I thought it takes a few weeks to grade the AWA.

Anyway, I received a 6.0 on my AWA but it says 95%tile. Is this normal? Shouldn't it be 99%tile?

No it's not normal, but it does happen.

Not sure of the percent breakdown, but I would assume it's 95th% because lots of people score a 6.0

I took my exam on the 8th and got my score on the 10th - maybe they have improved the scoring method or its a slow time of year?

6.0 is 95th percentile
