When we're at the testing center, doing in the AWA prompt,

1. Does the tutorial section count towards our 30 minutes of writing time?
2. Is the AWA prompt given at the same time that we are allowed to write on the computer? I would like to plan my essay on the computer but am not sure if we should first plan it out on paper
3. Is the prompt displayed at the same time as when we're typing the essay?
