i am looking to strengthen my application by putting efforts for the coming two or three years...

can anyone suggest me some books which can help me to make my work experience the strongest thing in my application..

i mean the books which suggest me of making the decision in me work experience which will later on impress the ad com

Read the book - 'Getting into top mba schools by Richard Montauk'. I don't think any other book is important.

Focus on leadership roles wherever possible. It will help you while writing your essays. Good luck!
