I have a bachelors in Talmudic Studies. Would that be enough with a killer GMAT score to get into a top B-school?
Do any of the big schools have a policy against btl's?

I'm not sure what Talmudic studies, but b-schools aren't looking at what your college degree is in (it matters, but there are bunch of other more important aspects). I intend to list some more important factors than the bachelors degree you listed:

Your GMAT score (of course, the higher the better)
Your work experience (what did you do with your bachelors degree? and it's perfectly fine if the answer is "nothing". More importantly, what did you accomplish at your work place)
Your undergrad GPA
Your extracurricular activities
Your letter of recommendations
Your essays

All of the above are more important to a degree title on a transcript.

As far as I know, I've never heard of a top b-school rejecting students based on a certain bachelors degree, as long as the degree is from an accreditted college, judged by US standard.
