good luck to all r1 applicants! on the ec list that you have provided in the application , what is the format people are using? Each activity with details on hrs spent and bullets for describing your involvement/achievements? Or are people writing paragraphs on each activity?

I wrote mine in paragraph form. I structured mine a little bit though, three paragraphs - Professional (Business related), Personal (Hobbies/Interests), and Philanthropic (Non-business volunteer work).
