Is it really a smart thing to do ?!
or should I wait for Round 1, 2012 to apply .... ?

Judge admission insists that your chanses to get admitted in both R4 and R5 are exactly the same as in other Rounds. They say they don't have the limited number of seats in the program, so if you have a strong profile then there's always a spot for you.
However they do admit that most of the scholarships are over quite early.

Yup - so it seems. I know some people who applied in the last round and got a spot. One I think even emailed the adcom AFTER the last deadline to ask whether there would be a possibility to apply for a spot due to admits pulling out.
