dosa_don wrote: Rhyme can correct me on this but I believe that though the Gleacher Center is mainly for PT MBA programs, you can attend the classes there as a FT student if you want.
You are correct. Some people do, but generally its only when you really want to get a specific class and the only open section is there or if you want to save points and pay less, or maybe you just like evening courses. Some people are just nuts though. I know one girl who has class on Wednesdays from 8:30-11:30, 1:30-4:30, and 6:00 to 9:00. That's a pretty long day.

Cookie,
Too bad you couldn't join our GMATClub group at the event! We had a lot of fun, especially when we were reading the "I cuddle babies" essay at the end Dabots, I'm sure will attest to that

Ya I think Dabots saw that and wished he had been doing that for the last few years. Thats one of those bleeding heart things everyone will love.

How can you compete with people that cuddle premie babies in the ICU? We're all just a bunch of cold-hearted money hungry prospectives, lol.

yeah, it would have been nice to meet everyone..
i was having blackberry/GMATClub issues, so i couldnt log on.
i had to leave after the student panel..
i figured the admissions discussion was just going to outline the "holistic evaluation approach" that i have heard many times before..
I cant believe you guys actually got to critique real essays.

We had to break the ice somehow . Plus, we were the last ones in the room and it would seem odd if we didn't pull Nate into our GMATclub crew.

I dont remember exactly but he still remembered it and had a chuckle at it. I think we helped out your cause to be a student adcom by telling him you are the greatest recruiter and advocate they have.
