I understand that B-school requires community service. Can you please recommend how to look for various service options? I am not sure how to get started on this. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

There are so many options! I am sure your local hospital has volunteer services. Many schools have volunteer tutoring programs. You can contact Big Brother/Big Sister programs. Your church or religious organizaiton certainly has volunteer opportunities. If you contact most large non-profits,(Habitat for Humanity for example) they will have volunteer opportunities. And of course, this is an election year in the US; you can get volunteer on behalf of your favorite candidate. Some employers provide volunteer opportunities.

Good luck!

Any other suggestions from readers?
