if my company sponsor my MBA program would that increase my chance of getting into MBA school that i desire?

i know, there are a lot of other factors that is needed for the admission but
as far as sponsorship goes im not too clear ....
someone please explain

It can certainly help you by demonstrating how much your comany/boss values you and showing that your company supports your candidacy. In that was, a sponsorship can be a strong endorsement for your candidacy, one made even stronger if it comes directly from your manager (in the reco that he/she writes).
