Complete Prep Program

Dear Knewton,

I am very interested in your Complete Prep Program. However, I have some questions about it:
1. If I have some doubts about how to solve one of your questions of the question bank, could I send an E-mail to your instructors about that doubt? I heard also that you have an interactive chat (not the Premium version) in which I could send my doubts to your instructors. Please, confirm.
2. If it is possible to send questions to your instructors, could I send questions about problems in the Official Guide? I know that I cannot post the problem, but is it possible to only mention the question number and page?

Hey MetallicaFan,

Great questions. Here's what you need to know:

1. If you have any questions, you have our instructors and the entire community of Knewton students at your disposal at answers.knewton.com. You can post any type of question there, and receive feedback from teachers and peers. Our Premium Live course also allows you to chat openly with your teacher and classmates during class, or ask private questions to off-camera teachers for one-on-one feedback.

2. We can't answer questions from the Official Guide, but we can certainly help you with the underlying strategies and concepts. So, if you're working through the OG and find yourself struggling with a question, you can talk to a teacher about the general concept/question structure, and we can work through a similar Knewton question.
