A was the only other choice which required some attention.

Crick

D, E are slightly weakening, B is an aftereffect of the conclusion.

A: The plan in the first sentence is feasible, i.e., people will accept the plan
C: The plan will be successful in reducing backstage rush

C is stronger, hence the winner

Assumption: "Most individuals who obtain backstage passes after concerts do not personally know members of the band or the band's crew"

Result (conclusion in the first sentence): most of the people will have to wait outside
