Strangest CR I have ever seen. I and II offset eachother, while III stands apart.
I`ll take (C) by POE.

B - No
http://www.sil.org/linguistics/glossary ... estion.htm
i don't think that it forms a proper question and therefore it cannot be answered, just like you couldn't answer "grass grows?" or "xxcxscojn csscjsn djdsikj?"

Yes, but by answering no, you actually answer! So you are contradicting yourself.

The question is from Arco test
OA is A.
I would have thought it would be D..
B is out because there is a contradiction when you answer..
However both "Yes" and "Perhaps(Yes or No)" should have been valid answers...

If you are saying "perhaps", you have answered the question (not perhaps have answered the question), so it has to be A.
