That's exactly it. I can't connect the dots. (you got the right answer BTW)

so the logic is:

Collars on Rhinos --> Sometimes fall off --> knock'em out with tranq
Girl Rhinos w/ tranq fertility < girl rhino w/o tranq fertility
Conclusion: tranq = lower fertility

Question: what best evaluates argument

Answer: How often tranqs are used on Rhinos other than re-collaring

My Logic: The conclusion is that tranquilizers lowers fertility. It has nothing to do with frequency of re-collaring. Evaluating argument answers weigh/clarify evidence(premise) or add assumptions. The answer takes you on a tangent. Who cares about when else tranqs are used. We're interested in tying tranquilizer to fertility!

can anybody help me out???
