You are right.OA is C. My problem with this question is that argument mentions that less extra money saved will affect people's spending. Now C seems to say the same thing. I always thought that in assumption questions, you have to decipher that point which is assumed ..but not mentioned . I think C repeats almost the same thing which is mentioned in argument. Where Iam getting confused?
