E it is.

1. xyz < 0

x can be = -1, z = 1, y = 4 or z = -1, x = 1, y = 4; insuff

2. xy < 0 insuff

together insuff as well. x can be = 1, y = -4, z = 2.

St1: Either only one is -ve or all are -ve.
True for x= -2, y = 4, z = 2
False for x = 2, y = 6, z = -1
: INSUFF

St2: x and y are of opposite sign. Clearly INSUFF

Combined:
True for x = -2, y = 4, z = 2
False for x = 4, y = -2, z = 5
INSUFF
