I've been using material from 2003 princeton and kaplan to study for GMAT (including the tests). Is there a significant difference between the 2003 version and the 2009 versions ?

Does anyone know ... have the kaplan/princeton tests become more difficult over the years ?

I think you are OK. I got 750 with 2001 and 2002 books :)

I used an even older edition of the Kaplan Math workbook and can tell you that it has not changed much. I will have to check my 2002 Kaplan Premiere against the 2010 Premiere Program Online, but I have a feeling the questions will be the same and the instructions/strategies is what may has changed the most - you can go online and compare the sizes of those books. The 2009 and 2010 editions have ballooned significantly.

You may want to also get some specialized books for Math/Verbal such as MGMAT CR or PowerScore SC, etc.

See these threads: Verbal GMAT Books and Math GMAT Books
