Distinctiveness in B-School Application [#permalink] New post 12 Oct 2011, 16:12
Hi,

I am an individual who has been experienced in business segment from the very beginning of my career journey along with my educational entitlement focusing in Business Development.

Age: 25
Country: Bangladesh (South Asia)
Education: Bachelors of Business Administration (major in Marketing & HR)
Work Experience: 2 years (after Graduation) 4 years (total experience)

Actually, I have a very specific query regarding the weight of my application package. Will an MBA (from my own country) puts an extra addition to my application weight or serves my application distinct from the other applicants. If, it adds an extra value, how much it is. Moreover, would the GPA of this MBA recover my low GPA of undergrad? Can anyone explain the rationales behind this point-of-situation?

Thanks,
Mamun

Lots of MBA programs won't let you get 2 MBAs. Not sure if that applies to MBA outside of the US/EU.

Your time would be better spend taking extra classes to demonstrate both your ability and your dedication.
