FOr sure ST 1 IS OUT
But st 2 ?
Is n an integer greater than 4?
(1) 3n is a positive integer.
(2) n/3 is a positive integer.

1) n is positive but may not be an integer
2) n is positive, and an integer but n can be 3 < 4 or 6 >4

1)+2) doesn't help n can still be 3 or 6
