It is B

A is insufficient. It shows that 3/4 attended both sessions so it is not clear how many attended morning or evening session.

B shows 7/8 attended afternoon session. It means it included people attending both Morning and afternoon sessionas and peoplr who attend afternoon session. Rest 1/8 are the people who attended only the morning session. (Assuming afternoon session is after morning session)

B.

16 (1/8th) people attended morning session only as each person attended ATLEAST one session and 112 people attended afternoon session.
