when you are asked in an essay about your undergraduate academic experience, can you include clubs/associations and extra activites linked with your college. I am asking this because I've created and run a new sport association during my college time, can I use this experience in this essay ?

Sorry Antmavel, I completely missed this post of yours!

To answer your question: Yes, this type of experience is extremely valid, and actually very valuable. I would almost always choose work experiences to talk about in an essay over school experiences, but if you're asked about your undergrad experience, definitely include these extra activities. They are what will set you apart from other applicants.
