You may want to gain more full-time work ex. While you did a lot of volunteering and extracurricular stuff you didn't mention anything about your job progression. That's more important.
Also, while it's noble that you did so much stuff to help others (and also have lots of hobbies), it's probably better to have a select few extracurricular activities you are really passionate about and do them long-term
. They should also be a source of leadership and provide good material for your essays.
Depending on what you want, as DuckPond already mentioned, you appear to be competitive for a top 20-40 school. To aim higher you may want to gain more work ex (with a strong career progression), focus more on extracurriculars that are meaningful to you, and also consider re-taking the GMAT (Indian + IT is super competitive).
