Employees: P&G, Holcim, Deloitte
GMAT: 680 (Q47, V36) AWA 5.0
Ugrad degree: with full government scholarship in Turkey. GPA is low : 2.5/4.0
Currently I am employed by mobile marketing and entertainment industry company in the position of General Manager (where I have been transferred from the position of Brand and Business Development Manager of Deloitte).
I am particularly interested in Kellogg, Michigan, IESE, INSEAD. My post MBA career ambition is to remain in mobile industry or to go to management consulting,
I wonder, will the new GMAT score 700+ help me to relief my low GPA?

No, I don't think a GMAT score of 700+ will help you any more than your current score. A 680 is already very good, and trust me when I say that you can get into any top school with that score. Any MBA admissions expert will tell you the same thing.
You will need to offset your low GPA in other ways, possibly by taking a college course now to show that you have the intellect and the discipline to do well in school now that you're a little older.
Also, I can tell from your writing that your English needs some work. Be sure to be very careful with your essays. Top U.S. schools will expect your writing to be clear.
