Hi,
Can you please evaluate my profile.

White Ukrainian Male
Age: 24
Gmat: taking in 2 months, targeting 720
Education: (graduating in 3 semesters) BS in Information Systems, BA in Organizational Communications, American university
GPA: 3.65
Languages: Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian
Leadership experience: served in many leadership positions (by the time I graduate I'll have about 5 years of leadership experience).
Service: A lot of service.
Work experience: this one is the hard one, because I don't even know if it will count as my work experience. Need your advice. 4 years of part-time (20 hours a week) as web and graphic designer, 3 months (internship, full time) as the Junior Analyst for a big Venture Capital company, 1 year as student counselor (part-time 20 hours a week). Will be doing another internship next summer.
Schools will be applying to: Harvard, GBS, Stanford, ND, BYU

What schools should I target? I'm a little bit intimidated by some of the profiles I see, and don't know if I'm shooting for something I can't get.

Thanks

Sergey,

Given your age and work experience level you are definitely aiming too high with Harvard and Stanford (GBS is Georgetown?). You may have a shot at Notre Dame and BYU, but I would encourage you to wait a year or two and spend that time getting some serious full-time work experience and leadership experience outside of work.

Hope this helps,
